1. Pre-Order & Purchase Options

  • Pre Orders: Full payment is collected upfront at the time of checkout.

  • Immediate Shipping: Once our stock arrives at the warehouse, your order is processed and shipped immediately.

  • Accepted Payments: We accept all major credit cards and manual Zelle payments.

  • Zelle Completion: Manual Zelle orders are only confirmed once the payment clears our account.

2. Order Adjustments & Modifications

  • Customer Responsibility: Customers are fully responsible for providing the correct shipping address, items, and sizes at checkout.

  • No Guaranteed Changes: We are not liable for incorrect details and cannot guarantee any changes once an order is submitted.

  • Social Media Support: If you notice a mistake, direct message (DM) us immediately on our official social media accounts. We will make every effort to update your order if we see the message before processing, but this is not guaranteed.

3. Cancellations, Refunds, & Shipping
