Refund policy

At KRTEL, we are committed to the quality of our gear. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, here is how we handle returns and refunds:

 RETURN CONDITIONS (30 DAYS)

  • We accept returns within 30 calendar days of delivery.

  • Condition: Items must be unworn, in new condition, and in their original packaging.

  • Important: We do not accept returns or refunds on items that have been worn, washed, or have damaged packaging.  Returns are not accepted for buyer’s remorse or due to standard pre order production and shipping timelines.

HOW TO START THE PROCESS

To process any movement, you must open a support ticket:

  1. Email us at krtelclothing@yahoo.com.

  2. Include your order number and photos showing the current condition of the product.

  3. Our team will review your case and respond as soon as possible.

  4. Warning: Do not send the product back without receiving our confirmation first. Packages sent without prior notice will not be accepted for a refund.

REFUNDS

  • Once your refund is approved and processed, the amount usually appears in your account within 7 to 10 business days.

  • If it has been more than 14 business days and you do not see the credit, please email us at support@krtel.com and we will fix it immediately.

FRAUD & DISPUTES

  • Chargebacks: We take the security of our store very seriously. We thoroughly investigate any unjustified chargeback attempts or fraudulent activity.

  • Any suspicious activity will be reported and will result in a permanent ban from all future KRTEL collections.

5. GENERAL INFO

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived with a manufacturing defect.
