Shipping policy

Please review our shipping guidelines to understand how we process and deliver your KRTEL gear. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

 

 DELIVERY TIMELINES

We ship directly from our warehouse in Houston, Texas.

For (In-Stock) Items:

  • Processing Time: 1–3 Business Days.

  • Standard USA Shipping: 5–8 Business Days (after processing).

  • Express USA Shipping: 1–2 Business Days (after processing).

  • International Orders: Typically takes 1–2 weeks for delivery once shipped.

For Pre-Order Items:

  • Pre-order items are crafted on-demand and have longer lead times.

  • Timeline: Typically 4–6 weeks, though this may vary (more or less) based on the specific drop date and current demand. We'll keep you updated via our social media accounts.

  • Please refer to the specific product description for the most accurate pre-order window, and our social media story updates.

TRACKING & NOTIFICATIONS

Once your order has been processed and a shipping label is printed, you will automatically receive a Tracking Code via the email address provided at checkout. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update once the carrier scans the package.

CARRIER RESPONSIBILITY & LIABILITY

  • Transfer of Risk: Once a package is printed and dropped off at the mailing service (USPS, UPS, DHL, etc.), KRTEL is no longer responsible for the package.

  • Issues in Transit: If your package is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but not received, you must contact the mailing service directly to open an investigation.

  • Incorrect Addresses: We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Please double-check your info before finalizing your order. We cannot offer a refund, or replacement due to incorrect address.

CUSTOMS & INTERNATIONAL FEES

For international orders, KRTEL is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by your country. These fees are the sole responsibility of the customer.
